These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pub 577 platform and all services provided through pub577.app. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pub 577. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each individual may register only one account on pub 577. Multiple accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension without refund of balances.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub 577 supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion terms. pub 577 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
pub 577 provides deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these features. Access to them is available at any time from your account settings.
pub 577 may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, abuse of promotions, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable Philippine law.
Section 01
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User," or "you") and pub 577 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pub577.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pub 577 platform — including but not limited to its casino games, bingo rooms, slot games, sports betting section, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the pub 577 platform regardless of how they access it, whether by desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method. pub 577 is intended to serve players located in the Philippines who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
pub 577 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming services directed at Filipino residents. Nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with applicable Philippine law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail.
These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions. pub 577 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the pub 577 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
pub 577 reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation. Verification may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Age Restriction: Access to pub 577 is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age. pub 577 actively uses age verification measures and cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework to prevent underage gambling.
Section 04
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pub 577. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub 577 employs technical and manual processes to detect multi-accounting. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be permanently suspended without prior notice, and all balances — including both Real Money Funds and winnings — may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pub 577 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pub 577 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. pub 577 may refuse service, suspend, or terminate Accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided, including false date of birth, fictitious names, or unverifiable contact details.
pub 577 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License) and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address.
Section 05
pub 577 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub 577 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. pub 577 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via supported payment channels are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer depending on the financial institution's processing times. pub 577 does not charge processing fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. pub 577 targets a processing time of under ten (10) minutes for GCash withdrawals under standard conditions; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, withdrawal volume, or security review requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. pub 577 processes withdrawals on Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8).
pub 577 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities. Suspicious transaction patterns — including deposits followed by immediate withdrawal without meaningful wagering activity — will be investigated. pub 577 may freeze, delay, or refuse withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected, and will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Section 06
pub 577 offers a range of games including but not limited to live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo), slot games, online bingo, and sports betting. The availability of specific games may vary based on technical maintenance, provider agreements, or regulatory requirements. pub 577 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or game category.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, pub 577 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Member's Wallet. pub 577 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network failures, device-side issues, or third-party system outages.
Each game category on pub 577 is subject to the specific rules and pay tables published within the game interface. For live dealer games supplied by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Asia Gaming), the rules of the respective provider apply. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on pub 577 and are displayed within the respective game interface. pub 577 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. For VIP Members, higher table limits may be available subject to account tier status and specific table conditions.
Section 07
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pub 577 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pub 577 bonuses.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit are specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
pub 577 prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of promotions ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to: low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated betting in contravention of promotion terms. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.
pub 577 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has commenced meeting its wagering requirements, pub 577 will honour the promotion terms that were in effect at the time of crediting the bonus to the greatest extent reasonably practicable.
Section 08
pub 577 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. pub 577 actively supports players who may be experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming behaviour and provides the following tools to all Account holders:

Section 09
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub 577 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the pub 577 platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, branding, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of pub 577 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pub 577. Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to JILI Gaming, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Asia Gaming) is subject to those suppliers' own intellectual property rights and licences.
Section 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub 577 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pub 577 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pub 577's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in your Wallet at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
pub 577 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pub 577 makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and performance of the Platform, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Section 12
pub 577 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
pub 577 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. pub 577 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and payment processing partners as required by applicable law or in connection with the provision of the services described in these Terms.

Section 13
pub 577 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pub 577 reasonably suspects the Member of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; or (d) pub 577 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pub 577 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds, forfeit winnings derived from bonus activity, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real Money Funds that have been verified as legitimately deposited may be returned to the Member subject to completion of any applicable investigation and verification requirements.
Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting pub 577 support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified Real Money Fund balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after completion of standard KYC and security checks.
Section 14
These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pub 577's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. pub 577 also acknowledges the supervisory jurisdiction of PAGCOR over disputes arising from licensed gaming operations and will cooperate with any PAGCOR-initiated mediation or investigation process.
Section 15
pub 577 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pub 577 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered on their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the pub 577 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
