pub 577 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your personal data to third parties. pub 577 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
pub 577 shares financial transaction data with GCash (GXI Inc.), PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank as required to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers act as data processors operating under their own privacy frameworks and applicable Philippine financial services regulations.
Where pub 577 uses third-party KYC verification services to process identity documents and conduct age verification, your identity data is shared with those providers under strict data processing agreements. KYC providers process your data solely on pub 577's instructions and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
pub 577 is required by law to disclose certain personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and Philippine law enforcement authorities when lawfully requested to do so. pub 577 will comply with lawful orders and directives from these authorities. Where possible and legally permissible, pub 577 will notify affected Members of such disclosures.
pub 577 uses third-party cloud hosting, server management, analytics, and customer support software providers to operate the platform. These providers may process technical data on pub 577's behalf under appropriate data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Live dealer game providers (including Evolution Gaming and Asia Gaming) and slot game providers (including JILI Gaming, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play) may receive technical session data necessary for game delivery. These providers do not receive your identity or payment data.
Section 07
Some of pub 577's technology providers, game suppliers, and service partners operate from outside the Philippines. Where your personal data is transferred to or processed in a jurisdiction outside the Philippines, pub 577 takes steps to ensure that the transfer complies with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and provides adequate protection for your data.
Such steps may include entering into standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, relying on the recipient country's adequacy determination, or implementing other appropriate safeguards recognised under Philippine data protection law. By using the pub 577 platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines subject to these safeguards.

pub 577 retains personal data for the periods necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. The following general retention guidelines apply:

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by pub 577:
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data pub 577 holds about you, information about how it is being used, and who it has been shared with. pub 577 will respond to verified access requests within fifteen (15) business days.
If any personal data pub 577 holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You may update basic contact information directly within your account settings. Requests to update identity or KYC data should be submitted to support.
You may request that pub 577 delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (and there is no other legal basis for processing), or where applicable law otherwise requires deletion. Note that pub 577 may be required to retain certain data for regulatory compliance periods as described in Section 8, and deletion requests may be declined where retention is legally required.

To exercise any of your data rights, please contact pub 577 in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request." pub 577 may require identity verification before processing your request to ensure that data is not disclosed to or acted upon by unauthorised parties. pub 577 will not charge a fee for processing data rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not satisfied with how pub 577 handles your data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent authority responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Section 12
The pub 577 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR. pub 577 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If pub 577 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and permanently close the associated account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered on or accessed the pub 577 platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. pub 577 takes underage access seriously and will investigate all such reports promptly.
21+ Strict Policy. Age verification is performed during the KYC process on pub 577. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any regulatory retention obligations), and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source.
Section 13
The pub 577 platform may contain references or indirect connections to third-party services, including payment providers and game content suppliers. pub 577 is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. When you interact with a third-party payment service such as GCash or PayMaya, your data is handled in accordance with that provider's own privacy policy, which is independent of this Policy.
pub 577 recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with in connection with your use of the platform, including the privacy policies of your payment providers and the terms under which they handle your financial data.
Section 14
pub 577 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data in a significant way — we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to active Members by email to the address registered on their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to formatting, clarification of existing practices without substantive change, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this Policy will always reflect when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed about how pub 577 protects your data.
Your continued use of the pub 577 platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a revised Policy, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the pub 577 Terms & Conditions.
